Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PhotoMinecraft at photominecraft.com, including the dashboard, image upload features, and AI generation tools (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

PhotoMinecraft lets you upload a photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB) and transform it into a Minecraft-style image using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and results may vary depending on your input photo.

PhotoMinecraft is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the Minecraft brand.

You may use one free generation without creating an account, subject to device-based limits. To continue generating images, you must create an account via email login.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

Each device may receive one free anonymous generation. Each registered account receives one additional free generation. After that, further generations require tokens.

Tokens are virtual credits consumed one per generation. Token balances are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Unused tokens do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We may change free-generation limits, token pricing, or rate limits at any time. Abuse of free tiers (including creating multiple accounts or circumventing device limits) may result in suspension.

Token packs are sold as one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Current packs include 25 tokens (Starter) and 100 tokens (Creator). Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

All sales are final unless required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at svnrnns@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, or illegal, harmful, or explicit content.

You may not use the Service to harass others, generate deepfakes intended to deceive, reverse-engineer our systems, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or payment requirements.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a license to use the AI-generated images you create for personal and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by third-party rights in your original photo.

The PhotoMinecraft name, logo, website design, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our Service or branding without written permission.

AI-generated images are produced automatically and may not perfectly represent you, the original scene, or Minecraft's visual style. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated images, including on social media, in merchandise, or in advertising. Verify that your use complies with platform rules and applicable law.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. PhotoMinecraft produces fan-style blocky images inspired by the game's aesthetic but does not provide official Minecraft assets, skins, or Mojang-approved content.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in abuse, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoMinecraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €10 if you have not made any purchases.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
